Hello, My name is Whitney Terrell. I am a freshman and I am living on campus this semester. I am majoring in dance. I come from a small town called Peru New York. I have been dancing since I was 3. I have trained in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary and hip-hop. During my senior year of high school I taught ballet to four through eight year olds. During my summer months I also taught a jazz and a hula-hoop class. I love to spend most of my time choreographing to music or stretching or watching dance videos.

Wow Whitney! You seem well rounded in your dance experience! I love to hula-hoop! The kids in the after school program Inworked in for a year would have competitions with me to see who can hula longer. It was always so much fun!
Hi Whitney! This year I'm a sophomore turning junior, also living on campus and from a small town in New York. Do you have a favorite style of dance? I've taught dance to younger dancers before too, it's so fulfilling. Also... I totally can't hula hoop either haha! I love to make improv dance videos and watch dance videos.
Hula hooping! I absolutely CANNOT for the life of me. I've never heard of a class dedicated to it, that's so fun! The first year is exciting! It sucks that we can't all be in the studio together, and I'm sorry all the fun parts of your senior year probably got cancelled! It'll be good history to boast about to our grandkids, at least.
