1. I see abstract jungle-like scenery over layering. This can happen in post production. This can happen with effects but mostly by finding some free-stock footage like large leaf plants, animals like leopards and birds, waterfalls, etc. I also see slow-motion, close-ups, and plenty of low shots.
2. I like the movement ticks with the head in sync with the music. I could see you instrumentalizing this idea more with other body parts and in other points of the music.
3. When the dancers are walking to place while doing arm positions, can there be some way they get to their new stop without it appearing like "that" is indeed what they are doing? Can they do the walk turning or jumping, for example?
I like the overriding idea, the music, and your movement vocabulary. Keep going!
Hey Aicha! This is a very intriguing piece so far! The levels are and the "creeping" movement highlights the idea of exploring. Your dancers definitely don't appear as "human," which is what I'm assuming you're going for. I noticed that in the beginning you started doing a 360 shot and I suggest trying that when you start filming, it would be very effective. Also, where will you be filming? Overall, I very interested in where this piece will go!
