Nyree! I really enjoy what this piece is so far and I feel that you're beginning has potential to be a strong and solid start to the piece. With that in mind, I notice there is the intent for sharpness and angles within this work, make sure to work on that with your dancers. Also, the use of your puppetier is effective but I am curious to see what else she can do. Like Cynthia was saying, give her a moment there and find ways to play with movement. There is a lot of great material here, just work on the confidence with your dancers (and yourself) as I see this being quite a piece!

I can definitely feel the potential that your piece has! With that said, just keep in mind through the entirety of your dance, make sure the movements are sharp and precise to really give that affect of "doll-like". Also like we had mentioned in class possibly giving your puppeteer (which I believe was Kayla) a solo to kind of show her purpose and role as that character. Lastly, just working on minor details such as angles of body and arms and of course your confidence! Overall it was amazing!

This is really great choreography so far and we can tell what is going on almost instantly. I think the sharpness for emphasis on some movements is a great choice for the point of this dance. Make sure dancers know their counts, as I am unsure if certain sharp point, such as turning the head, is in groups or all together.
