I also started doing some japanese kinesthetic videos (I've been working on the language for a while), which I found to be good in place of stretching/warming up. These videos are normally done as a radio program (radio taiso), as a state run exercise initiative. The video that played after that was a dancing video, which seemed pretty simple, but ten minutes later it felt like I was dying. I am more out of shape than I had previously thought!
Anyways, I am going to continue to try and do something dance related at least 5 days a week.
