Hey everyone. I had a really busy week.
I did some of the ballet videos, which was cool.
I also started doing some japanese kinesthetic videos (I've been working on the language for a while), which I found to be good in place of stretching/warming up. These videos are normally done as a radio program (radio taiso), as a state run exercise initiative. The video that played after that was a dancing video, which seemed pretty simple, but ten minutes later it felt like I was dying. I am more out of shape than I had previously thought!
Anyways, I am going to continue to try and do something dance related at least 5 days a week.

In Japan, they have been doing a simple exercise program over the radio since 1928, called radio taiso. It's not much but it gets the blood flowing a little bit.
Here are the videos I do. The last one isn't part of it, but I find to be very difficult to do without working up a sweat.
